Everyone has a personality that characterizes us. Sometimes others feel comfotable when they talk with you and others even less. It depends on the day, as you get up, the things you feel in those moments and how you want to elapse in the morning. Nobody's fault that you have a bad day, or maybe yes, but the only way to change this is to be positive with yoursel and others. It isn't easy to get, because you must have much force to want to seem be good and get a smile when you really do not feel it. I think the best way to forget your troubles is doing theatre or corporal expression because it is there where as the role caracterices, you have to characterize it as best as possible and for example if one day you are very angry and you get that paper is a very good way to let off steam yourself.
There will be always something, however small, that makes us draw a smile, and make us see things differently. Everything consists in looking for what we need and advantage that we can have it to be happy :)
